I don’t weigh myself anymore because I’m beyond ecstatic with the person I have become, how much weight I have lost and how fulfilling my life is now. I am healthier and fitter than I have ever been in my life, there is no way in hell that I’ll ever go back to the person that I was. Since beginning this journey, I have grown and learnt so much. There is nothing left of the person I used to be, negativity and anger have been replaced with excessive amounts of positivity, an upbeat attitude towards my life and the things that I do. I focus on myself and my own well being, in doing so I’ve gained so much more than I every thought imaginable. I have no limits or restraints with my mind anymore, anything is possible and I’m willing to go through whatever it takes to get to the point in my life where I can say, ”I’ve lived to the best of my ability, I’ve achieved things many would never even dream of, I’ve created myself to be the person I’ve always wanted. Determined, unstoppable, limitless.”
